The handling of the personal data of the www.fomsoftware.com website's users and visitors is in observance of the terms in the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code for the Protection of personal data). This notice is in accordance to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and takes full account of the Recommendation 2/2001, May 17th 2001, of the European personal data protection authorities for the minimum requisites for online collection of personal data.

1. Holder of personal data handling rights The holder of rights for the handling of personal data is F.S.T. S.r.l., with head office in Via Mercadante n. 85 - 47841 Cattolica (Rimini, Italy).

2. Types and purposes of handled data

2. 1. Surfing data The computer systems and software procedures involved in the operation of the web acquire, as a matter of course, some personal details that are implicit in the use of certain internet communication protocols. This category of data refers to the user: country from where the user visits the site, browser type used, progression in the pages while surfing, elapsed time surfing a single webpage, number of visitors, time of visit. Such data is used exclusively for anonymous statistical purposes on the use of the site and to control the efficient operation and the marketing of the site. Such data may be used to determine responsibility in the case of hypothetical computer crime that damage the site.

2.2 Data supplied voluntarily by users
The necessary authentication credentials in order to access and to use the Tech Support services and the Login area are generated based on the data supplied at the moment of the confirmation of the sales contract. The sales contract is subject to the handling of personal data according to the terms of legislative decree n. 196/2003. The data supplied by the user in the "Work with us" section is collected in electronic databases and is handled by means of information technology. User data is made available to the operators (F.S.T. S.r.l. staff or recruitment operators charged by F.S.T. S.r.l.) involved in the recruitment procedures for recruitment purposes only. For the same purpose, personal data may be communicated to or handled by the management and operative staff members of the Fom Group's subsidiary and associated companies, if explicitly charged to do so.

2.3 Personal data of users is handled by the staff members and/or by freelance workers who are in charge of the personal data handling of F.S.T. S.r.l. User data is not communicated or forwarded to third parties, except in cases according to the terms established herein and always according to the terms of the above mentioned law;

3 Rights of interested users
Interested users may request further information on the existence of personal data handling operations as far as their personal details are concerned. Furthermore, as per art. 7, of Legislative decree 196/2003, interested users can exercise their right to consult, modify, update or cancel their details, to transform them in anonymous forms or to block the handling in case of violation of the law; to prevent their use for the above mentioned uses for legitimate reasons only, etc.).
